It’s 3 AM , I'm awakened by what sounds like firecrackers on the 4th of July outside my window on the corner of Overlook Place and Liberty Street. I know it’s not firecrackers but the gunfire of two armies fighting in the night.  Am I in Iraq , Afghanistan or maybe Bosnia? No it’s Newburgh, New York in the midst of the gang “MS13”,fighting against “The Bloods” or maybe “The Crips” who have made their presence so known in Newburgh that the hundreds of FBI agents  were called in to make multiple arrest in May 2010 to calm the drug related violence down.

When hundreds of people are trying to get out of the hood, Why in the world are these people trying to get in. Introducing a brand new Reality TV series, The takes young adults from the burbs and puts them in the smack middle of the hoods of Newburgh. One of the most dangerous cities in New York.
