CYNTHIA TOPPS (Producer/Writer) – Cynthia has been working on Hip Hop High The Musical/Film/TV Show with Zman Productions since 2008  She was the Dramaturg for the 2010 Fringe Festival Production of Hip Hop High the Musical. She also produced  of  Brian Petti’s “Banshee” at the  2012 Fringe Festival. Cynthia  is a member of SAG/AFTRA and has appeared in film, television and professional theatrical productions. She has directed for High Schools, Colleges and Community Theater. She is a free lance theatrical reviewer for newspapers in the Hudson Valley Area.
