Rance Palmer  is a makeup artist and drag performer in NYC. He began his drag career twelve years ago at the Gay 90s in Minneapolis, MN. Rance's drag persona, Jizzy Canal, has performed and hosted numerous drag events throughout NYC and has performed in pieces for the Museum of Arts and Design, NYC Contact Project and Recession Art's American Idolatry. He has a BA in Visual Arts and Photography from Hampshire College in Amherst, MA
