HalfTime Sports Network® in collaboration with Urban News Network Broadcasting Company®, will create a sports TV brand providing substantial coverage of local, Regional and National sports with the goal of acquiring programming and generating revenue. Our focus is simple, we plan to air sports events relative to our viewers and content that is not covered by the large conglomerate sports networks i.e. ESPN, FS1. HalfTime Sports Network®  Focus will be Black College sports, Minor League Baseball, D-League Professional Basketball and top 50 High School sports, creating a market significantly different from competing sports channels
